WINES

Pinot Noir – The star grape of the Burgundy region, our Pinot Noirs are light in body and strong in flavour. Noticeable tannins and a firm acid structure mean our Pinots are as beautiful with food as they are when enjoyed as aperitifs and their balance ensures longevity in the bottle. (Small batches made in 2001 are still drinking beautifully, as of 2019)

Chardonnay – We pursue stylistic qualities from the Burgundy region and our Chardonnays exhibit flavours of fresh fruit and white melon, while their firm acid structure adds complexity. These white varietals are just as good with food as they are on their own.

Sparkling – At Mosquito Hill Wines, we think all wine should be able to be drunk both as an aperitif or with a range of foods. From the clean taste and fine bead of our Blanc des blanc to the fresh strawberry notes of our Brut Rosé, we’re proud to have fulfilled that aim with these delicious sparkling varietals.
